• Work Data: Rosters, shifts, swing schedules
• Compliance Data: Licences, tickets, certifications, and expiry dates
• Optional Info: Family visibility, fitness, tools, pay/contract info (if modules are used)
   

We do NOT track location, browsing, or sell your data.

3. How Data is Stored

• On your device: All your sensitive data stays on your phone/tablet. 
• Backups: You choose where backups go — your cloud storage or personal drive.
• Offline Access: The app functions without an internet connection. 
• Security: Data is stored securely with encryption.
   

4. Sharing Data

• We do not sell, share, or give your data to your employer or third parties. 
• Evidence Sharing: You can export PDFs or reports yourself to share with your site, company, or authorities.
   

5. Cookies and Tracking on the Website

• Basic website cookies may be used for analytics or functionality.
• We do not track personal behaviour outside the app.

• Access your data anytime in the app 
• Delete your account and all stored data if you choose 
• Control where backups are stored
